LaSalle Nursing Home

Welcome to LaSalle Nursing Home. We are a 120 bed skilled nursing facility which includes a 22 bed Specialty Care Unit. We are located behind LaSalle General Hospital in the heart of LaSalle Parish.

Our grounds include a fenced park area with sidewalks, benches, and covered porches. The court yard is filed with flowers and bird houses.

Inside, we have two dining rooms, an activity room, in-house beauty shop, and one of the largest rehabilitation gyms in the state.
